Tuition

There is a $75 non-refundable annual registration fee due at the time of registration for
the before and after care for BBES, WES and AMS.
• Tuition is due by the Friday prior to the week of service.
• Tuition payments must be made through Brightwheel. INA does not accept checks and
any other payment arrangements must be made through the Director.
Payments may be made using an ACH payment method for no fee, covered by INA or
A credit or debit maybe used that will have a 2.9% processing fee added through
Brightwheel.
There is an additional 28.84 fee for students attending ½ day sessions.
• There is a $25.00 late payment fee. Payment is considered late if not received by the
Friday prior to service.
• $25.00 charge for each schedule change made after initial schedule has been submitted.
• $5.00 late pick up charge will be charged to Brightwheel Account for repeat offenders.
• INA is open when school is open. We are closed on all school breaks and long weekend
holidays. Payment is expected for short weeks but not school vacation weeks.
• Please refer to Guardian Handbook regarding all policies.
• I have read the Guardian Handbook and agree to abide by the INA policies or services
will be terminated.
